Best Friend Forever: certified box-office hit

Best Friends Forever, produced by Star Cinema and top-billed by Comedy Box-Office Queen Ai-ai  delas Alas and Megastar Sharon Cuneta earned a whooping P107.6 million at the box-office in its 5-week run.    

Box Office Mojo reported that BFF was not able to reach the number one spot in comparison with previously shown local movies.  BFF debuted at number two, next to Angels and Demons.

Surely, Ai-ai has another box-office comedy hit under her belt.  This puts halt to speculations that BFF was a flop in the box-office.

BFF is the second biggest Pinoy movie of the year to date next to You Changed My Life. The two being the only movies so far to surpass the P100 million mark.
