Senator Noynoy Aquino’s rumored girlfriend, REVEALED! (And it’s not Jessica Soho)

Kris Aquino said in her heartfelt eulogy that her son Joshua told his Tito Noynoy not to get married.  Kris however told Noynoy that she is fine should Noynoy decides to get married.  The only son of the late President is way beyond his marrying age.  The last girlfriend I personally knew of he had was Mar Roxas’ fiance Korina Sanchez circa early 1990s.

However, there had been rumors within the high society that the liberal senator is currently dating.  I asked around to find out who this woman is and someone close to the Cojuangco-Aquinos hinted that it was no other than (name and picture after the jump) Valenzuela City Councilor Shalani Soledad.

The 29 year old lady councilor graduated from De La Salle University - College of Saint Benilde with a degree in Human Resource Management. She used to work as executive staff to Senator Panfilo Lacson prior to being elected as councilor of the City of Valenzuela.

She was among the many mourners wearing black in the funeral of the late president.  However, she intentionally distanced herself from the senator.
