Angel Locsin donates half a million pesos to Ondoy typhoon victims

UPDATE: Angel Locsin does not want people to know that she donated a very huge amount. However, this was publicized by other media as well, so my apologies.

Young superstar Angel Locsin donated half a million pesos to the victims of typhoon Ondoy, which has caused so much casualty recently.

On top of the donation Angel gave to the victims, she also initiated a drive to collect more donations. Angel will be roving the streets of the metro to personally get donations from those who have previously pledged.

Truly, this is such an angelic act for the angel personified. I have previously likened her to Angelina Jolie. I hope actors and actresses of Angel’s generation should follow her lead and make their star power more useful. Truly, the original TV DARNA is saving other people’s lives.

I wonder where the other stars are?

i can actually relate angel’s doing to a true “darna” shes indeed a superhero. sya and dapat modelo ng bagong kabataan ngayn. May she continue helping and reaching to those who are in need.

I believe in u sa lahat ng mga ginagawa mo…sa kabila ng lahat ng mga detractors mo esp. those writers na below the belt ka kung tirahin sa mga tabloid ….sinusuklian mo pa rin sila ng kabutihan dahil naiintindihan mo ang mga trabaho nila bilang isang manunulat. wala kaming narinig na sumbatan mo sila or sagutin ang mga patutsada nila…instead u still show them the love and respect AND THAT IS WHY I DO LIKE AND LOVE U for being so kind and understanding..YOU ARE truly an angel!! sana wag ka magbabago….more success para marami ka pang matulungan na mga taong kailangan ang isang tulad mo.
