Marian Rivera speaks of rashes on her crotch

Playing the title role of the Darna remake is Marian Rivera’s difficult role so far.  She herself admitted to that fact. She works hard to portray realistically her role to the extent that she gets bruises on her arms and rashes on her crotch.

Marian relates to a local tabloid that her crotch gets rashes due to frequent use of the harness.

“Kasi, hindi po talaga biro ‘yung harness. At saka ‘yun nga lang po ‘yung suot na panty ni Darna, so ‘yung pinaka-legs ko at ‘yung harness, nagra-rub talaga siya! So, ganu’n talaga, magkakasugat-sugat,” Marian said.

When asked by the reporter whether it was painful to her crotch, she said:

“Oo, lagyan na lang natin ng something like moisturizer pagtapos ng taping. Wala naman ta­yong magagawa, eh!” Marian added.

In spite of the wounds and bruises she gets from playing the heroine role, Marian is nevertheless happy with the trust GMA-7 gave her despite everything.
